As we come to the last of our May weddings, we once again see a change in the weather. In contrast to last week’s scorching temperatures, last Saturday saw the rain return, this time for most of the day.
Sarah and I did a ‘split’ morning to cover both the bride and groom’s morning preparations, meeting up at St Catherine’s church in Burbage, just before the ceremony was due to begin.
Even after the service was complete, there was no let-up in the rain, so after getting a few pictures of the couple outside the church everyone made their way to the Holiday Inn at M6 J2, where the reception was to be held.
A big thank you to Lyndsey and Ryan for looking after us so well last Saturday and for asking us to photograph their big day. As usual we have a ‘sneek peek’ of images here, the rest will be made available for the guests to see in our Client Area once the couple have returned from honeymoon.
