Our first ‘all day’ wedding of the year saw us up in rural Staffordshire for the wedding of Charlotte and James. This was the first time we’d worked at Somerford Hall and it’s a venue we look forward to returning to. Everything ran perfectly, with excellent staff and glorious rooms serving as the backdrop to Charlotte and James’ big day.
Typically for a February day, it was cold outside. Really cold. Apart from the big group shot of everyone, we kept the formal photos inside which in Somerford’s rooms was no problem. But, we did get the couple outside for a while and despite the biting cold they seemed to enjoy it. I think.
A big thank-you again to Charlotte and James for looking after us in the food department (that pudding was legendary!)
